Food quality is of utmost importance to me, therefore I use the freshest ingredients available. Many of the herbs used in my dishes come straight from my garden, which I grow in bio (organic) soil. The produce is purchased within 48 hours of the dinner and most products are bought from local neighborhood shops and regional organic (bio) farms. There will also be high-quality ingredients specific to other countries, which I have no choice but to purchase internationally. Then I look for high quality products.
